May 19, 2026"The food off this truck is....Had the turkey with tangy sauce with Mac and cheese, green beans, as well as potato salad. The portions were a good size. The only complaint is that being I don't eat pork they didn't have beef ribs or brisket on the day I stopped through. Got another meat plate but it slips my mind. Overall everything was smoked and seasoned very well. A must try"
